ThreatHalo is included with our MDR and MXDR services. MDR and MXDR service pricing is designed to be simple and scalable with tiered pricing based on per user and per server per month.
Our Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service protects endpoints and identities, while Managed Extended Detection & Response (MXDR) expands coverage to any data source. Both services include 24x7 monitoring, detection and response, proactive threat hunting, incident response, threat intelligence, and service governance and reporting.
As a general guide we say Microsoft 365 Business Premium for MDR service and Microsoft Defender Suite or Microsoft 365 E5 for MXDR. We can support you with any licensing discussions.
Yes, any data source can be ingested and covered through our MXDR service. There is a cost per data source with one included free with MXDR.
We have a 20-seat minimum requirement, however customers with fewer than 20 users can use the service but must pay for 20 seats.
